Our One Day Courses
are designed to assist students who are familiar with painting in
watercolour, but would like to improve their techniques. All abilities
are most welcome, whether you paint regularly or have not picked
up a brush for years.
Courses are held in the Windrush Gallery, in
the beautiful Cotswold village of Windrush. The day runs from 10.00am
until 4.00pm at a cost of £60 per person. A buffet lunch, served
in the dining room, is included in the price as well as a welcome
coffee, and tea at the end of the day.
Each tutor begins the day
with at least one demonstration, usually followed by sketching and/or
painting out of doors in the garden or the village (weather permitting).
The tutor is available throughout the day to assist and the small
classes (maximum 12) allow the tutor to give guidance to each course
member.
Beginners watercolour workshops also take place at the Windrush
Gallery throughout the year.
